The Psychology of Performance Tuesday May 8th 7:30 PM at the NOW Lounge Are you a performer with questions about how to get the most out of your performance? Do you struggle with low confidence, lack of focus, goal-setting, performance preparation, stress or performance anxiety? This workshop will look at proven psychological techniques that can help you to overcome performance blocks, learn how to set challenging (but realistic) goals, and achieve your individual optimal level of performance tension. Sara Kamin is an MSc graduate in Performance Psychology from the University of Edinburgh. She currently works as a college professor, performance consultant and professional musician. |
